Circle K Europe

Circle K Europe is a subsidiary of Couche-Tard, a world leading convenience and fuel retail business. Our role is to provide convenience and make people’s lives easier.

Couche-Tard has a unique growth story from one store in 1980 to a top player in the industry with approximately 15,900 stores. Our network covers North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Our success over the last decades is based on our entrepreneurial culture, customer focus and staying true to our business model.

We are independent and not part of an oil company.

We are positioning ourselves as an innovative leader preparing for the future of convenience and transport energy. Circle K works to develop our current business, at the same time we constantly adapt our business to the future.

We are developing from a fuel supplier to an energy supplier with a variety of energy offers. Fuel technology, engine technology, political framework and our customers’ priorities will decide how quickly we can move towards sustainability.

We are developing our convenience offer to respond to new customer demands for fresh, high quality food, fast and friendly service, and new digital solutions enhancing the customer experience.

Our success depends on our people. “Growing together” is our overall promise to our people across the globe.
Our industry is changing faster than ever. We constantly rethink and adapt our ecosystem to be relevant for our customers.

We aim to make it easy so folks can take it easy.

European presence

In Europe, the Company’s network is comprised of more than 2,700 full-service (convenience and fuel) and automated stations (fuel only) and employs about 25,000 people.
