11. Providing opportunities to participate in various marketing activities organized by Circle K.
12. Creating profiles of customers in certain cases to promote more relevant products or services for specific customers.
To reach out to larger market, we shall pursue our legitimate interest and process data also on potential customers for direct marketing initiatives. To provide relevant content to potential customers, Circle K shall process personal data of potential customers that were collected during sales negotiations or when a person had expressed interest in receiving offers from Circle K.
