Some call it the Human Resource Department, we call it The People Team. The People Team supports our great employees and leaders through various services to make their journey as easy as possible. The People Team consists of more than 25 professionals who represent 4 functional teams.
HR Administration Team
We are specialists in everything as HR Administration is the field where IT, HSE, Finances, Facility Management, and local labour law meet. We are detail-orientated, very familiar with unpredictability and we never have the same day twice.
HR Management and Recruitment Team
We organise the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, work with performance, development, and engagement, as well as support leaders and employees throughout their journey together with Circle K.
HR Systems Development Team
We support our great employees with the development and maintenance of our main HR system. We make sure our employees can attend online training, set their goals in the system, follow their performance as well as see open vacancies, and much more. We are technicians for the system!
HR Analytics Team
We create and provide HR-related statistics and analysis to our management, business units, and other HR department teams. We keep track of how many employees work in our global network, how many of them have got a promotion this year, how many of them have taken sick leave, or how many of them have gone on maternity or paternity leave.
Facility Management Team
The Facility Management team – true “owners” of the premises, the core of the building - keep an eye on the 6.5 thousand square metre large office premises at Duntes 6 with more than 7 hundred work desks, two reception zones, 7 kitchens with 11 industrial coffee machines producing simply the greatest coffee, 6 lounge areas, and 45 meeting rooms. We do our best of the best to ensure our main customers – our colleagues - have the safest, most modern, super friendly, and secure work environment.
Our responsibility is to ensure employees have all they need to be productive at the workplace, which includes premises as such, good temperature, air and illuminations, ergonomic work environment, high HSE (health, safety, and environment) standards, and excellent collaborations. As a part of HSE, we ensure safety at the workplace and maintain our Business Continuity documentation and procedures.
